Lost or Stolen Fuel Card Procedures

Cardholder:

1. Immediately call WEX, Inc. 1-866-544-5796 
2. Call your Agency Fuel Card Coordinator 

Agency Fuel Card Coordinator: 

1. Confirm that the cardholder reported their card lost or stolen to the bank. 
2. Perform Account Maintenance action in WEX Online. This action will result in the automatic re-issuance of a replacement card.
