The Division of Parole and Community Services is the consolidated community supervision and enforcement functions of the Department of Correction and the Board of Parole. The Division is based in field offices in Hartford, New Haven, Bridgeport, Waterbury and New London. The officers assigned to this Division monitor the offenders in the community to ensure compliance with their conditions of release.

The Department of Correction (DOC) provides a 24 hour per day/7 days per week fugitive investigation tip line. The Parole Fugitive Investigations Unit is most interested in Parole absconders, transitional supervision escapees, and other cases deemed high profile.
