  Governor Dannel P. Malloy today joined officials from the Connecticut Department of Transportation (DOT) and CTTRANSIT to dedicate the United Technologies Company (UTC) stationary fuel cell that is providing CTTRANSIT's Hartford bus maintenance and storage facility with clean and reliable power. The Governor also announced a $5.7 million Federal Transit Administration (FTA) grant for the planning, purchase and installation of similar technology at the New Haven bus maintenance and storage facility.

• 11/2/2012 Gov. Malloy: New Haven Rail Line Branch Service to Resume Monday

  Governor Dannel P. Malloy announced today that rail service on the Danbury and Waterbury branch lines of the New Haven Line will resume Monday, November 5, 2012. Bus service will be provided on the New Canaan branch line at least on Monday and Tuesday, November 5-6.

• 11/22/2012 Friday: Gov. Malloy Participates in Hartford Winterfest Opening Ceremony

  On Friday evening, Governor Dannel P. Malloy and First Lady Cathy Malloy will participate in the City of Hartford’s Winterfest celebration, which marks the opening of the city’s ice skating rink on Bushnell Park and Hartford’s other seasonal festivities.
